Service Information

This Service Information is supplementary to our Terms and Conditions for Domestic Customers and for Commercial Clients. It outlines our services, including what can and cannot be done, and specifies what is required from the property owner or occupier.

Operational Requirements

  • Access: We need access to an outdoor tap to avoid running hoses through the property. However, a kitchen tap can be used if we can secure a connection. We accept no responsibility for water damage when an indoor tap is used or when accessing an outdoor tap requires the hose to run through the property.
  • Safety and Property Access: For safety reasons, we cannot run the main high-pressure hose through the building. To clean areas to the rear of the property, we need access via a side gate, path, or a clear garage.
  • Preparation by Occupier: It’s the occupier’s responsibility to ensure all doors, windows, and electrical fittings are watertight. Valuables should be moved away from areas prone to water ingress, such as beneath garage doors. Drains should be clear to prevent water pooling; assistance is available but may incur a charge.
  • Safety Measures – During Work: Children and pets should stay indoors until work is completed. Chemical Safety: Follow our instructions regarding chemical treatments closely, as they can damage clothing and fabrics. We are not responsible for chemical damage due to negligence by occupants or visitors.

Service Limitations

  • Cleaning Limitations: High-pressure cleaning may not eliminate certain stains or lichens, necessitating additional cleaning treatments (such as hypochlorite and biocide treatments) not included in the standard pressure washing service price. Not all stains, such as those from oil or rust, can be fully removed. Rest assured, we will inform you of any important considerations and offer tailored recommendations to achieve the best possible outcomes before commencing any work.
  • Block Paving: Re-sanding is necessary after pressure cleaning to fix the blocks in position, which requires dry conditions and might be scheduled over separate days.
  • Chemical Damage: We are not responsible for any chemical damage caused by the occupants or visitors.

Payment

  • Immediate Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of the work, minus any pre-payment. We accept bank transfer, most debit and credit card payments and cash.
  • Deposits: To ensure the highest quality of service, there may be instances where we need to request a small deposit. This is to cover the cost of unique items specifically required for your job, such as kiln-dried sand, specialised chemicals, or particular cleaning products that are not part of our standard toolkit.
  • Re-sanding and Sealing: These services are highly weather-dependent, requiring a minimum of 1-2 dry days. Therefore, billing might occur in two stages: First, for pressure washing/cleaning, payable upon receipt, and later for re-sanding and sealing, once completed. If weather allows all services at once, a single invoice will be issued. Payment for initial cleaning is required regardless of weather delays for subsequent services. We’ll inform you of any potential weather-related delays in advance.

Guarantee

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not highly satisfied with our work, we’ll clean it again at no extra cost. However, we cannot offer guarantees against the recurrence of weeds, moss, or biofilm due to the persistent nature of organic growth.
  • Weeds, Moss, and Biofilm: While treatments can reduce their presence, complete and permanent removal is challenging. We offer advice or additional services for persistent problems, which may incur a fee. For ongoing maintenance, consider one of our affordable plans.

PLEASE NOTE: This document complements our detailed Service Terms and Conditions, ensuring clear communication and understanding of our services and your responsibilities as a property owner or occupier.
